OnePlus has officially launched the OnePlus Ace 7 and OnePlus Ace 7 Pro in China, and the pair is making waves for one big reason: a massive 9,000mAh battery paired with a built-in active cooling fan — a first for a mainstream OnePlus phone. Announced at the company’s October launch event on 29 October 2026, the new Ace series is aimed squarely at mobile gamers and power users, with flagship-grade chips, a 200MP camera system and one of the fastest displays ever shipped on a phone.
OnePlus Ace 7 price and launch date: now official in China
The guessing is over. The OnePlus Ace 7 starts at CNY 4,399 (about $655) for the 12GB RAM + 256GB storage model, while the OnePlus Ace 7 Pro starts at CNY 4,799 (about $715) with the same configuration. Higher variants of the Ace 7 go up to CNY 5,699, and the top-end Ace 7 Pro with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage is priced at CNY 7,299 (roughly $1,090).

Both phones were announced in China on 29 October 2026, and sales begin on 3 November through the Oppo online store in the country. Three colour options are offered for each model: the standard Ace 7 comes in Midnight Black, Streamer White and Quenched, while the Ace 7 Pro is available in Flowing White, Midnight Black and Windbreaker.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chips and an industry-first cooling fan
Performance is where the Ace 7 series flexes. The OnePlus Ace 7 Pro runs the full Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, while the standard Ace 7 uses the slightly trimmed Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 V series variant — both built on a 3nm process with Qualcomm’s third-generation Oryon architecture and the Adreno 840 GPU. RAM options go up to 16GB of LPDDR5X with up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage on the Pro.

What sets these phones apart is the cooling system. OnePlus has fitted a built-in active cooling fan with what it calls a dual-path glacial air cooling design — one air channel cools the processor’s heat source directly, while the second lowers the temperature of the rear panel. A 6,350mm² vapour chamber works alongside the fan, and OnePlus says the setup keeps frame rates stable in demanding games like Delta Force and Peacekeeper Elite. The phones also carry dedicated gaming hardware: a Fengchi gaming core, a Super Display Chip P4, an E-sports Network Chip G3 and a Lingxi Touch Chip T3 with an 800Hz gyroscope for fast touch response.
185Hz display and 9,000mAh battery with 100W charging
Both models share a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a 1–165Hz adaptive refresh rate that can reach 185Hz in supported games — among the highest refresh rates on any phone sold today. The screen supports 4,800Hz instantaneous touch sampling and 3,840Hz PWM dimming, with up to 2,000 nits of peak global brightness.

Battery life is the headline act. The 9,000mAh silicon-carbon battery is one of the largest ever fitted to a mainstream smartphone, and it supports 100W SuperVOOC fast charging. The phones also support bypass charging, which feeds power directly to the device during gaming sessions instead of stressing the battery — a feature serious gamers will appreciate.
200MP camera on both models, periscope zoom on the Pro
Camera duties start with a 200MP Samsung HP5 main sensor with OIS and an f/1.8 aperture on both phones. This is where the two models diverge: the Ace 7 Pro adds a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, 8K video at 30fps, 4K at 120fps and a professional Log video mode, while the standard Ace 7 pairs its main sensor with an 8MP ultrawide (112° field of view, f/2.2). Selfies are handled by a 16MP Sony IMX480 front camera on both.

Other shared highlights include a metal frame, a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, symmetrical stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, NFC, an infrared blaster and Wi-Fi 7. Durability ratings are unusually strong: IP66, IP68, IP69 and IP69K dust and water resistance. Both phones run ColorOS 17 with AI features including AI Tap and AI Notes.
OnePlus Ace 7 price in Pakistan: what buyers should expect
OnePlus has not announced a Pakistan launch for the Ace 7 series. The Ace lineup has historically been a China-exclusive range, so if these phones reach Pakistan they will most likely arrive through importer channels on marketplaces such as OLX, Daraz, Whatmobile and PriceOye. Early Pakistani listings place the expected OnePlus Ace 7 price in Pakistan at around Rs. 103,999 for the base model — but that is an estimate, not an official price.

Given the China pricing, the standard Ace 7 should sit below the Ace 7 Pro in any grey-market listings, and buyers should confirm PTA approval status before purchasing an imported unit. OnePlus has confirmed nothing about international availability, and it is worth noting that Ace-series phones sometimes arrive in other markets under different names — so watch the official channels before paying anyone in advance.
The OnePlus Ace 7 and Ace 7 Pro put OnePlus back in the gaming-phone conversation with a formula no rival has matched yet: a 9,000mAh battery, a physical cooling fan, the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 silicon and a 200MP camera, all starting under $720 in China. Whether the series makes it to Pakistan officially, the launch sets the tone for what flagship killers will look like in 2027.
