We want our information to be accurate. When we find or are told about an error, we correct it quickly and openly.
How to report an error
Email bibip7507@gmail.com or use the Contact page. Please include the link to the article, what you believe is wrong, and, where possible, a source for the correct information.
What we do when something is wrong
- Minor errors (typos, spelling, small formatting issues) are fixed without a note.
- Factual errors (wrong figures, dates, names or quotes) are fixed as soon as they are confirmed, and the article carries a correction note stating what changed and when.
- Serious errors that change the meaning of a story may lead us to rewrite the article, add a prominent note at the top, or remove it. We explain what happened.
- Out-of-date information on price and rate pages is updated, and the Updated time changes accordingly.
Our target
We aim to review reported errors within two working days and to publish a correction as soon as we have confirmed the facts.
