Pakistan Navy Announces 69 Civilian Jobs for Balochistan Quota: Posts, Eligibility and How to Apply

If you hold a Balochistan domicile and have been waiting for a government job announcement, this one is worth your attention. The Pakistan Navy has opened up 69 civilian vacancies reserved exclusively for Balochistan-quota candidates, spanning everything from clerical and nursing posts to technical trades and engineering support roles. The advertisement, published at the end of October 2026, is one of the largest province-specific civilian drives the Navy has announced this year.

What makes this recruitment stand out is its range. These are not 69 seats in a single cadre — they are spread across 32 different posts in pay scales from BPS-01 to BPS-15, so there is genuinely something here for candidates with Primary, Middle, Matric, Intermediate, DAE, and even bachelor’s or master’s-level qualifications.

69 Posts, One Province: What Is on Offer

The named categories include Assistant, Language Interpreter (Arabic), Data Entry Operator, Sports Coach, Sub-Engineer, Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Nursing Sister, Storeman, and Naib Qasid, alongside technical trades and support positions.

The spread across BPS-01 to BPS-15 matters because it widens the door. Junior posts such as Naib Qasid and drivers are open to candidates with basic education, while mid-level posts like Assistant and Data Entry Operator typically ask for Intermediate or bachelor’s degrees, and technical roles like Sub-Engineer require a DAE. Nursing Sister posts are aimed at trained nursing staff. In short, this is not a drive for one kind of applicant — it is a full-spectrum civilian intake.

Who Can Apply: Domicile, Age and Quotas

The single most important eligibility condition is the domicile: only candidates holding a valid Balochistan domicile can apply, because every one of the 69 seats sits under the Balochistan quota. If your domicile is from any other province, this particular advertisement is not for you — but keep an eye on our jobs coverage, because the Navy runs open-merit and other provincial drives through the year.

The reported age limit is 18 to 25 years, with the usual government age relaxations — five years of general relaxation plus a further five years for Balochistan candidates, as reported by job portals covering the advertisement. The recruitment is also set to observe a 10 per cent quota for women and a 5 per cent quota for minorities, so women and minority candidates from Balochistan are specifically encouraged to apply.

One practical relief for applicants: there is no written test in this recruitment. Selection will be carried out through district-level employment cells and interviews, with no TA/DA admissible — so plan your travel to the interview city yourself.

Posts and Pay Scales From BPS-01 to BPS-15

The spread across BPS-01 to BPS-15 widens the door. Junior posts such as Naib Qasid are open to candidates with basic education, while mid-level posts like Assistant and Data Entry Operator typically ask for Intermediate or bachelor’s degrees, and technical roles like Sub-Engineer require a DAE. Nursing Sister posts are aimed at trained nursing staff.

Candidates should read the post-wise qualification requirements carefully. Applying for a post you are not qualified for wastes your chance, and because there is no written test, the interview and your documents carry the full weight of the selection. Keep your CNIC, domicile certificate, educational documents, and recent photographs ready — and if you need to sort out your identity documents first, our NADRA services and fees guide for 2026 walks through the process.

How to Apply: Portal, Interviews and Deadline

Applications are being received through the Pakistan Navy’s official recruitment channels. Register and apply online at the official Navy recruitment portal joinpaknavy.gov.pk, and keep an eye on the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk, where the Balochistan-quota listings are also appearing. Double-check the district-wise interview schedule on the official website — interviews are expected in Quetta, Gwadar, and other districts of the province.

A note on the deadline: job portals currently show the closing date in late November 2026 — one listing shows 25 November — but the advertisement image itself does not display a closing date clearly, so treat the exact date as unconfirmed until you see it on the National Job Portal or the Navy’s website. Apply early rather than waiting for the last day.

Government job drives reserved for Balochistan do not come around every month, and 69 seats across this many categories is a genuinely wide net. If you are eligible, get your documents in order and apply through the official portals only — never pay anyone who claims they can secure you a seat.
