BISE Lahore 11th Class Result 2026: Date, How to Check by Roll Number

The BISE Lahore 11th class result is one of the most awaited announcements of the academic year. Thousands of students across Lahore, Sheikhupura, Nankana Sahib, and Kasur districts appear in the first-year intermediate examinations conducted by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore. This guide covers the expected result date, how to check your result by roll number, the SMS method, the gazette method, and what to do after the result is announced.

Expected Result Date

The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Lahore typically announces the 11th class result a few months after the completion of the annual examinations. The exact date varies from year to year. To confirm the official announcement date for this year’s result, visit the BISE Lahore official website, which publishes the date sheet, roll number slips, and result notifications. BISE Lahore usually announces the result in a formal ceremony, after which it goes live on the board’s website and becomes available through SMS and the result gazette on the same morning. Students are advised to keep their roll number slips safe, as the roll number is required for almost every checking method. If the result date is revised for any reason, the board announces the change on its official channels, so check the official site rather than relying on unofficial social media pages.

How to Check BISE Lahore 11th Class Result by Roll Number

The online method is the fastest and most reliable way to check your result. Follow these steps:

1. Open the official BISE Lahore website in your browser.
2. Look for the “Results” section on the homepage or in the main menu.
3. Select the “11th Class / Intermediate Part-I” result option for the current year.
4. Enter your roll number exactly as printed on your roll number slip.
5. Click the search or submit button and wait for your result card to load.
6. Note down or take a screenshot of your marks for your records.

On result day, the board’s website can become slow due to heavy traffic. If the page does not load, wait a few minutes and try again rather than refreshing repeatedly. The result usually stays available online for the rest of the session, so there is no need to panic if you cannot access it in the first hour.

Check Result by SMS

BISE Lahore also provides an SMS service for students who do not have internet access. To use it, send your roll number via SMS to the code announced by the board for the current year. The board announces the active SMS code and any service charges through its official notification before result day, so verify the current code on the BISE Lahore website rather than using an old code from a previous year. You will receive a reply with your subject-wise marks and overall result status. This method is especially useful for students in areas with slow or unreliable internet.

Check Result by Name or Gazette

If you have lost your roll number slip, the result gazette is the best alternative. The gazette is a complete PDF file containing the results of every student who appeared in the examination, listed by roll number and institution. You can download it from the BISE Lahore website on result day and search for your name or your school/college to find your entry. Some educational websites also provide name-based search tools built from the gazette data. Keep in mind that the gazette file is large and may take time to download on slow connections.

What to Do After the Result

Once your result is announced, here is what to consider next:

• Download your result card: Save a copy of your online result card. The board issues the official mark sheet through your institution later.
• Rechecking: If you are unhappy with your marks in a subject, you can apply for paper rechecking within the deadline announced by the board. The rechecking form and fee details are published on the official website.
• Supplementary exams: Students who fail in one or more subjects can appear in the supplementary examination held later in the year. Check the board’s schedule for the supplementary date sheet and admission procedure.
• College admission: Your 11th class result forms the basis for second-year studies and matters for university admissions alongside your 12th class result, so use it to plan your study strategy for Part-II.

The BISE Lahore 11th class result is just one milestone in your academic journey. Whether the outcome meets your expectations or not, the options of rechecking and supplementary exams mean you always have a path forward. For the latest official announcements, always rely on the board’s own website and notifications.
