OUKITEL has put its strangest phone yet on sale. The OUKITEL WP63, a rugged 5G phone with a built-in outdoor igniter, is available from 6 November 2026 at a launch price of $339 through OUKITEL’s online store, which works out at about Rs 93,999 in Pakistan.
The igniter is the headline, but it is far from the only unusual thing about this phone. The WP63 also packs a huge 20,000mAh battery, a camping light, reverse charging through a built-in cable, and a body rated against dust, water and drops. It is a phone built for the outdoors first and the office second, and it makes no attempt to hide that.
A phone that lights its own campfire

The built-in outdoor igniter is the WP63’s most remarkable feature, and the one that sets it apart from every other rugged phone on sale. Instead of carrying a separate lighter or matches, the owner can start a campfire for cooking or warmth using the phone itself, which OUKITEL says brings a new level of practicality to camping and unexpected outdoor challenges.
Safety has clearly been part of the design. According to OUKITEL’s store page, the igniter has a dual-protection safety mechanism: even if the igniter cover opens by accident, it will not ignite on its own, and the user must also switch the igniter on through a dedicated app on the phone. OUKITEL also says the WP63 can be carried on board flights.
The outdoor kit does not stop there. The phone carries a camping light with several modes, including strobe and SOS, so it can light a campsite and signal for help in an emergency, and a 3W loudspeaker that OUKITEL says cuts through background noise so calls and alerts stay audible outdoors.
A 20,000mAh battery that lasts 134 days on standby

The battery is the other headline figure. The WP63 carries a 20,000mAh cell, several times the size of the battery in a normal flagship phone, and OUKITEL claims up to 134 days of standby time from a single charge. Wired charging runs at 33W, which takes the battery to 50 percent in 97 minutes.
The phone can also work as a power bank. It supports 18W reverse charging over a wire, using a Type-C cable built into the phone itself, so it can top up other devices when there is no socket in sight. For anyone spending days away from mains power, that combination of a giant battery and a built-in cable is arguably more useful than the igniter.
Built to survive drops, dust and water

The WP63 is a big, heavy phone and makes no attempt to hide it. It measures 174.7 x 83 x 27 mm and weighs 629g, roughly three times the weight of a slim flagship, and it comes in Black only. The fingerprint reader sits on the side of the phone.
That bulk buys serious protection. The body is rated IP68 and IP69K against dust and water, meets the MIL-STD-810H military durability standard, and is drop resistant to 1.5 metres. It is the kind of phone aimed at field workers, builders and campers rather than anyone looking for something slim to slip into a pocket.
OUKITEL WP63 specifications: Unisoc T8200, Android 16 and a 64MP camera

Inside, the WP63 runs on the Unisoc T8200, a 6nm chip with two 2.3GHz Cortex-A76 cores and six 2.1GHz Cortex-A55 cores, paired with a Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processor. It ships with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, with a microSDXC card fitting into the shared SIM slot, and it runs Android 16.
The screen is a 6.67-inch IPS LCD running at 120Hz, but its 720 x 1600 resolution works out at about 263 pixels per inch, which is low for a screen of this size and is the clearest trade-off on the spec sheet. Brightness is rated at 480 nits, and the glass is Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
The rear camera pair is a 64MP main camera with an f/1.8 lens and an 8MP night-vision camera with four infrared lights, aimed at seeing in the dark rather than at zoom. Video records at 1080p at 30 frames per second, and the front camera is a 20MP unit with an f/2.0 lens. One point of care for buyers: an Android Authority review dated 27 October said its review unit showed only 6GB of RAM despite the claimed 8GB, so the official 8GB figure is the one quoted here.
On connectivity, the WP63 supports 5G, with Nano-SIM plus Nano-SIM plus eSIM and a maximum of two in use at a time. It also has NFC, FM radio, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0 and USB-C 2.0 with OTG. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack. For context on what else is landing in the premium segment this month, the Motorola Signature 27 launched at $1,599 with a 200MP periscope camera, while the OPPO Find X10 Pro Max debuted globally with triple 200MP cameras.
OUKITEL WP63 price in Pakistan: Rs 93,999

The OUKITEL WP63 price in Pakistan works out at Rs 93,999 for its only variant, 8GB of RAM with 256GB of storage. That figure comes from the $339 OUKITEL store price at Rs 276.77 to the dollar. The phone is listed as available through OUKITEL’s online store, and according to OUKITEL’s announcement the launch price applies for a limited time.
One important caveat for Pakistani buyers: the PTA status of the phone is not yet confirmed, so no PTA tax figure is quoted here and buyers should check the tax position before ordering. The Rs 93,999 figure is the converted store price only, and any PTA tax would come on top of it.
Not a brand-new launch: what is actually new

It is worth being straight about the timeline. The WP63 was first announced and released in September 2026, and reviews were already out in late October. What is new this week is the global online-store sale: OUKITEL’s 5 November announcement puts the phone on sale from 6 November at $339 through OUKITEL’s online store, which is the first time it has been offered at a confirmed price to buyers outside its original markets.
That makes the WP63 a phone for a specific kind of buyer: someone who wants a huge battery, 5G and a body built to take knocks, and who is ready to carry 629g to get them. The low-resolution display and the single Black colour are the prices paid for that focus. At Rs 93,999, it is a fair price for what it is, as long as buyers go in with their eyes open about the screen, the weight, and the still-unconfirmed PTA position.
