FSc Result 2026: Pre-Medical and Pre-Engineering Check Online
The FSc result 2026 was announced by all nine Punjab boards on 23 September 2026 at 10:00 AM, as part of the HSSC Part II (12th class) annual examination result. It covers both the pre-medical and pre-engineering groups, and these are the marks that decide admissions to medical colleges, engineering universities and entry tests such as the MDCAT. Students can check it online by roll number, by SMS, by name, or through the official result gazette.
FSc, the Faculty of Science, is the most competitive intermediate stream in Pakistan, with the pre-medical group feeding into MBBS and BDS admissions and the pre-engineering group leading to engineering and technology programmes. This guide explains the 2026 science-group announcement, how to check it for every board, and the crucial next steps for science students.
FSc Result 2026: Announcement and Performance
The science-stream result was released on 23 September 2026 alongside the FA, ICS and ICom results by BISE Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sahiwal. Under BISE Lahore, the science groups performed strongly: pre-medical recorded an 83% pass rate and pre-engineering a 79% pass rate, making science the best-performing stream. The board’s overall intermediate pass rate stood at 64.98%.
Lahore’s top scorers in FSc included Mubashira Wasim, who topped the pre-medical girls with 1,158 marks, and Syed Muhammad Mohiuddin, who led the pre-medical boys with the same score. In pre-engineering, Ayesha Bakhsh topped the girls with 1,156 marks and Hasan Ali Khan led the boys with 1,154. Position holders were announced on 22 September, a day before the main result. How to Check Your Marks Online
Students can check their FSc marks through four official methods. The fastest is the board website: open your board’s official portal, go to the Results section, select HSSC Part II Annual Result 2026, enter your roll number and submit. Your subject-wise marks, grades and overall status appear immediately, so save a screenshot or print a copy.
When the website is overloaded, use the SMS service: type your roll number and send it to your board’s code. The codes are Lahore 800291, Gujranwala 800299, Faisalabad 800240, Rawalpindi 800296, Multan 800293, Sargodha 800290, DG Khan 800295, Bahawalpur 800298 and Sahiwal 800292. Standard SMS charges apply. Students who have misplaced their roll number can use the name search facility on several board portals, and the official gazette PDF is the fourth option for bulk checking. Announcement details were also reported by Ilmkidunya’s FSc result page and their inter result guide.
After the Result: MDCAT, ECAT and Admissions
Your FSc marks are only the first step for science students. Pre-medical students must now register for the MDCAT, the national medical entry test, because public and private medical college merit lists combine FSc marks with MDCAT scores. Pre-engineering students should watch for ECAT or university-specific entry test schedules, and ICS students have growing options in computer science and IT programmes.
Students who did not clear one or two subjects can appear in the inter second annual examinations, expected to start on 3 November 2026 with the result expected on 12 January 2027. Paper rechecking is also available within the announced deadline. The online result card is provisional; original documents are issued through colleges later. Whatever your score, remember that many successful careers have started from a supplementary exam, so plan your next move calmly and use only official board channels for verification.

The fsc result online check facility saves students a trip to the board office, the fsc result date 2026 helps everyone plan ahead, and the fsc result merit list and fsc result admission requirements guide what comes next. Here are the answers to the most common questions.
Fsc Result Online Check
The fsc result online check option is the fastest way to see your marks. Enter your roll number exactly as printed on your roll number slip — leading zeros matter. Results are usually announced online in the morning, and heavy traffic can slow the site, so trying again after a few minutes usually works. Keep a screenshot or printout for your records until the official mark sheet arrives.
Fsc Result Date 2026
The fsc result date 2026 is announced by the board a few weeks in advance through newspapers and official notifications. Mark the date, but also note the time — online portals typically go live at a fixed hour. If you cannot access the result immediately, the SMS service and the printed gazette are reliable alternatives.
About the Fsc Result Merit List
The fsc result merit list lists position holders and college-wise results after the main announcement. Toppers are celebrated publicly, but remember that board position is only one measure — consistent grades across subjects matter more for university admissions and scholarships.
Fsc Result Admission Requirements
Understanding the fsc result admission requirements early gives students a head start. Most universities publish merit criteria, required documents and fee structures months before admissions open. Prepare your documents — result cards, CNIC or B-form, photographs and domicile — well in advance so a missing paper never costs you a seat.
