BISE Karachi Result 2026: How to Check Online by Roll Number
The bise karachi result for the 2026 annual examinations is handled by two separate boards: the Board of Secondary Education Karachi (BSEK) for matric (9th and 10th class) and the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) for intermediate (11th and 12th class). If you appeared in the Karachi board examinations this year, this guide covers the confirmed announcement dates, the official ways to check your result by roll number, SMS and gazette, and the highlights from the 2026 session.
BISE Karachi Result 2026 Announcement Dates
BSEK announced the bise karachi result for the SSC Part-II (10th class) annual examinations on 10 July 2026, with the Science Group results released at 5:00 PM during an official ceremony attended by education officials, school representatives, students, parents and members of the media. The General Group results were declared the same week, making Karachi one of the earliest boards in the country to release its matric results.
The board also announced the Class 9 General Group annual result on 10 September 2026 for regular and private candidates. On the intermediate side, the Board of Intermediate Education Karachi (BIEK) announced the HSC Part-I (11th class) Pre-Engineering result on 2 October 2026, with the official gazette released alongside the announcement. As of October 2026, most Karachi board annual results are live and remain accessible on the boards’ portals.
Check Your BSEK Result by Roll Number
The primary official method to view your bise karachi result is the BSEK web portal. Follow these steps:
- Visit the official BSEK website at www.bsek.edu.pk.
- Open the Results section on the homepage.
- Select the correct link, such as Matric Annual Examination 2026 (Science Group or General Group).
- Enter your examination roll number in the search box and submit.
Your detailed marksheet will appear on screen with subject-wise marks, total, grade and status. Save or print a copy for your records. In the first hours after an announcement, the BSEK servers face heavy traffic — if the page loads slowly, wait a few minutes and try again rather than refreshing continuously. Always enter the roll number exactly as printed on your slip, and double-check that you selected the right group (Science or General) before submitting.
Karachi Board Result via SMS and Gazette
If the website is slow or you have no internet access, the BSEK SMS service gives you the fastest route to your bise karachi result. Open your phone’s messaging app, type BSEK followed by a space and your roll number (for example, “BSEK 123456”), and send the message to 8583. You will receive a reply SMS with your total marks and final grade within minutes.
The third official channel is the result gazette. BSEK releases a complete gazette PDF after each announcement — the board published a detailed gazette for the HSC Pre-Engineering result containing candidates’ roll numbers and marks arranged college-wise. The gazette is ideal for searching by name, verifying multiple candidates at once, or for institutional use by schools and colleges. You can download it from the board’s website and use your device’s search function to find your roll number.
Result Highlights from the 2026 Session
The 2026 session brought notable achievements. In the SSC Part-II General Group, female students swept all three top positions: Tooba Fatima topped the list with 90.27 percent, followed by Amina Asad with 87.82 percent and Safia Munawar with 87.73 percent. A total of 15,446 students had registered for the General Group examinations, of whom 14,749 appeared and 697 remained absent. The BSEK chairman congratulated the successful students and their parents and reaffirmed the board’s commitment to transparency and merit in examination and result compilation.
For the Class 9 General Group announced on 10 September 2026, 15,244 candidates registered and 14,260 appeared. The overall pass percentage for regular General Group candidates stood at 36.59%, while private candidates recorded 35.69%. The board has also begun computerized assessment of e-marked answer scripts for the SSC Part-I examinations, signalling a move toward faster and more transparent evaluation. Press coverage of the announcement is available in this report on the BSEK matric results and top position holders and this update on the Class 9 General Group result.
What to Do After the Karachi Board Result
Once you have your bise karachi result, 10th class students who passed should apply for intermediate admissions at Karachi’s colleges without delay, choosing their group (Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce or Arts) based on their marks. Students who did not clear a paper can appear in the supplementary examinations or apply for rechecking within the board’s announced window. Twelfth class students can move to university applications across Karachi’s institutions. Keep your original result card safe, as it is required for every admission and verification step ahead.
