10th Class Result 2026: Check All BISE Boards Online
The 10th class result 2026 has been announced across Pakistan, bringing the long wait of hundreds of thousands of matric students to an end. All nine Punjab boards declared the SSC Part II annual examination result on 6 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, following the common schedule issued by the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen. Students can check it online by roll number, by SMS, by name, or through the official result gazette.
The 10th class result is one of the most important academic milestones for Pakistani students, because matric marks decide eligibility for college admissions and preferred intermediate groups. In this guide, we explain everything about the 2026 announcement, including how to check it for every major board, the official SMS codes, and what to do after checking your marks.
10th Class Result 2026: Announcement Details
The SSC Part II result for the 2026 annual examinations was announced simultaneously by BISE Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Sargodha, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan and Sahiwal on 6 August 2026. The examinations were held in March and April 2026, and it took the boards roughly three months to mark the papers and compile the results. Position holders were announced the evening before, on 5 August, at special ceremonies held by each board.
The 10th class examination carries 550 marks, and together with the 9th class marks, the full matric result totals 1100 marks. Students appeared in both science and general (arts) groups, and the official result gazette contains the complete record of every candidate. Our separate matric result 2026 guide covers the combined two-year picture, while the 9th class result 2026 page has the details of the Part I announcement made on 2 September 2026.
How to Check Your Result Online
There are four official ways to check your result. The online method is fastest: visit your board’s official website, open the Results section, select SSC Part II Annual Result 2026, enter your roll number and click search. Your complete marks sheet appears instantly. Save a screenshot or print a copy for your records.
If the website is slow on result day, send your roll number by SMS to your board’s code: Lahore 800291, Gujranwala 800299, Faisalabad 800240, Rawalpindi 800296, Multan 800293, Sargodha 800290, DG Khan 800295, Bahawalpur 800298 and Sahiwal 800292. The board replies with your result, and standard SMS charges apply. Students who have lost their roll number slip can use the name search option available on several board portals, entering their name and father’s name as on the admission form. The official gazette PDF is the fourth option: download it from the board website and search by roll number with Ctrl + F.

After the 10th Class Result: Next Steps
Once you have seen your marks, the next step is college admission. Students with strong marks can apply for FSc Pre-Medical, Pre-Engineering, ICS or ICom in their preferred colleges. Admissions usually open within days of the result announcement, so keep your documents, photographs and result printout ready.
Students who did not pass one or two subjects can appear in the supplementary examinations held later in the year; the matric second annual examination papers started on 6 October 2026 with the result expected on 8 December 2026. Those who believe their papers were not marked correctly can apply for rechecking within the deadline announced by their board. The online result card is provisional, and the original result card is issued through schools a few weeks after the announcement. Independent coverage of the announcement is available from TechJuice and Ilmkidunya, but always confirm your marks on the official board portal.

Frequently Asked Questions About the 10th Class Result
Each year, the 10th class result shapes the next step for hundreds of thousands of students across Pakistan, from choosing a college to picking pre-medical, pre-engineering, ICS or commerce streams. Because boards announce results within days of each other, official websites slow down under heavy traffic, so knowing every checking method in advance saves real frustration on result day.
How can I do a 10th class result 2026 check online?
The fastest route is your board’s official result portal: enter your roll number exactly as printed on your roll number slip and the result appears within seconds. Keep a screenshot, because the online display is provisional until the printed result card reaches your school. If the page is slow, wait a few minutes rather than refreshing constantly, which only adds to the load.
How does the bise 10th class result by roll number search work?
Every BISE, including Lahore, Gujranwala, Multan, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Karachi and Peshawar, publishes a roll number search on result day. Some boards also offer SMS codes and limited name-based search, but shared names produce long lists, so the roll number remains the most reliable way to view your 10th class result.
Where can I find the 10th class result gazette download?
Boards release a PDF gazette listing every candidate’s result, which is useful for schools and for students who misplaced a roll number. Download it only from the board’s official website, since unofficial copies sometimes carry errors or outdated data.
Can I check the 10th class result by name?
A few boards support searching the 10th class result by name, but common names return many matches. If you must use it, combine it with your father’s name or school name where the portal allows. For rechecking, supplementary exams or marks improvement, apply through your board within the announced deadline, because late applications are rarely accepted.
