Whether you want to check the BISE Gujranwala 10th class result by roll number online, through the SMS service, or in the official gazette, this guide covers every method, the result statistics, and what to do next.
BISE Gujranwala 10th Class Result: How to Check Online
The fastest way to check your result is the board’s official portal. Visit bisegrw.edu.pk, select your class and exam type (SSC Part II, First Annual 2026), enter your roll number exactly as printed on your slip, and submit. Your detailed marks card appears on screen — download or print it immediately, because the site slows down heavily in the first hour after declaration.
Check BISE Gujranwala 10th Class Result by SMS
No internet? Send your roll number (digits only, no name or class) as an SMS to 800299. You will receive a text with your result summary. This is the most reliable option when the website is overloaded, which happens almost every year in the minutes after the result goes live.
Check by Name via the Result Gazette
The board publishes an official gazette listing every candidate’s result by roll number and institute. If you have lost your roll number slip, the gazette lets you search by name and school. It becomes available on the official BISE Gujranwala website shortly after the online result goes live, and schools use it to compile their own merit lists.

Students should collect their Detailed Marks Certificates (DMCs) from their schools or the board office, as the online result is provisional and the original card is required for all college admissions. Keep a printed copy safe — you will need it for every intermediate application.
Which Districts Fall Under BISE Gujranwala?
BISE Gujranwala covers six districts: Gujranwala, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad, Narowal and Sialkot. Students from all six districts appeared in the same examination and their results were announced together. The board is currently headed by Dr Aqsa Shabbir, appointed in the mid-2026 reshuffle that gave all nine Punjab boards new chairpersons.
Rechecking and Supplementary Exams
Not happy with your result? Rechecking applications can be submitted through the official board website within 15 days of the result publication, with the prescribed fee per paper. Students who did not pass can appear in the Second Annual Examination 2026 — admission forms were accepted with a single fee from 7 to 19 August, a double fee from 20 to 25 August, and a triple fee from 26 to 29 August.
Note on passing criteria: the 2026 result still followed the traditional 33% per-subject requirement. The new 40% passing rule applies only from the SSC Part II First Annual Examination 2027 onwards.
